Your room will be available from 3:00 pm to 11:00 am on the day of your departure. You will be able to enjoy our facilities and our Spa from 10:00 am on the day of your arrival until 8:00 pm on the day of your departure.

The day before your departure, if you wish to keep your room after 11:00 am, please inform the reception, which will inform you of the availability depending on the occupancy. If we do not have availability, we will keep your suitcases safely after your check-out in our checkroom where you can change your clothes and take a shower before leaving.

Reception is generally open from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. For late arrivals and early departures, just let us know in advance.

Covered parking in front of our hotel main entrance on request (15 CHF per day) + free public parking located 100 meters down the hotel. Be careful, it’s better to be equipped with winter tires since leaving public parking it is difficult with the snow.

To free you from the constraints of organization and allow you to live your stay in all serenity, do not hesitate to let us know your particular requests, such as:

• Personalized welcome: champagne, wine, flower arrangements, seasonal fruit platter and any other requests
• Organize any travel arrangements via hotel car
• Book massage or treatment in our own Spa
• Tickets for the ski resort (the Portes du Soleil), thermal baths in the area, exhibits and events
• Restaurant reservations
• Rentals: skis, mountain bikes, quads, …
• Guided tours with mountain guides and ski/golf instructors
• Babysitting: to ensure that the guests can enjoy a romantic dinner or a day to explore the surrounding area.

The personnel at the Hotel National Resort & Spa will gladly assist you with any requirements or necessities that you may have.

The Hotel National Resort is the only hotel in Champéry equiped with charging station for electric car !

In association with the manufacturer TESLA, we provide you 2 electric charging stations for your car on our private parking :

• 1 charging station for the mark TESLA 22 kW (32 A)
• 1 universal charging station for all other marks of electric vehicle 22 kW (32 A)

The full electric refill is realized between 4 and 6 hours, ideal for a night in our hotel.
